Chris Brown Slapped With Assault Charges… Again

While most folks were partying over the weekend, Chris Brown allegedly roughed up a woman while out clubbing on Saturday night (June 22).

The “Kiss Kiss” singer performed at an Orange County night spot called Heat Ultra Lounge where he supposedly ran into 24-year-old Deanna Gines and shoved her to the ground.

Gines claims that the tumble caused her to land on her knees and the impact was so hard that she may need surgery. The Anaheim Police Department filed a report for assault and the whole thing is under investigation.

Brown’s rep is calling foul, telling TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense."
