Back in June 2012 their entourages threw down and created quite a kerfuffle, and Drake and Chris Brown were slapped with a $16 million lawsuit from the W.i.P night club where the event occurred.
However, it turns out the Entertainment Enterprises complaint has been thrown out by a judge for being frivolous.
W.i.P club claimed that Brown and Drake’s scuffle caused extensive damage to property and even more harm to the establishment’s reputation.
Thankfully, the court determined that neither man had any “specific duty to the club to avoid a confrontation,” and given the common nature of bar fights, it’s wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.
