After almost twenty years of marriage, its looks like Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus are officially calling it quits on their romance.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Miley Cyrus' mom pulled the plug on their romance on Thursday (June 13) citing "irreconcilable differences."
