It was only revealed last week that Khloe was still legally married to Lamar, after she began making medical decisions for him when he was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel.

However a source for TMZ confirmed today that Khloe's lawyer requested to have the couple's divorce filing withdrawn on Wednesday.
